Steps of Contract Farming
Step 1: Exporter/his agent collects the list of farmers from Plant Quarantine Wing (PQW) of Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE)/Upazila Agriculture Office (UAO)
Step 2: Exporter/his agent makes contract with farmer
Step 3: Exporter sends one copy of the contract to Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE)
* Upazila agriculture office/exporter provides a record book to the contracted farmers and guides how to maintain it. Exporters and farmers co-operate each other to ensure good agriculture practice.

1. Application to the Deputy Director (DD) of Agriculture Extension Office of the place where an exporter wants to do contract farming
2. A contract paper
