Process for Becoming a Member of Bangladesh Fruits, Vegetables & Allied Products
Description: The trade association is the major trade association representing fresh fruits and vegetables exporters in Bangladesh. It is mandatory to be a member of a Government-authorized Chamber of Commerce or Trade Association for export.
Applicability: Anyone who wants to be a member of the Bangladesh Fruits, Vegetables & Allied Products Exporter’s Association (BFVAPEA)
Method of Membership: Offline
Fee: BDT 10,000 (Taka Ten Thousand)
Processing Time: 7-14 working days
Validity: 1 year
Steps to become a Member of BFVAPEA
Step 1: Application in the prescribed Form (will be provided by the association)
Step 2: Attach the required documents
Step 3: Submit the application form and documents at BFVAPEA office
Step 4: Collect the Membership Certificate from BFVAPEA

Export Registration Certificate (ERC) (current year)

Tax Identification Number (e-TIN Certificate) and up-to-date Income Tax Return Certificate

VAT Registration Certificate (current year)

Bank certificate of applying company (current year)

Pay-order in favor of BFVAPEA of BDT 10,000/- (Taka Ten Thousand Only)

Two copies of photograph of the proprietor

Articles of Memorandum (if Limited Company)

Nationality ID or Copy of Passport of the Company owner

Copy of the office rental Agreement
