Steps to get NOC from DoF
Step 1: Log in / register into CCI&E - OLM (ccie.gov.bd)
Step 2: Select ERC from Dashboard
Step 3: Fill up required form and upload necessary documents
Step 4: Submit upon completion, a tracking number will be provided
Step 5: Pay desired fee using internet banking
Step 6: The Authority will issue ERC upon verifying documents and information’s
Step 7: Applicant will receive ERC via email/ website
Required Documents
- Original copy of the treasury challan for the deposit of the specified fee and vat
- Original/certified copy of the trade license.
- Original/certified copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Tax Return Receipt
- Selected Bank’s certificate
- Original/certified copy of valid membership certificate of the Chamber/relevant business association
- Original/certified copy of nationality certificate/national identity card/passport of the applicant.
- Original/certified copy of the registered shareholders' deed in case of shared ownership.
- Original/certified copy of the memorandum and articles of association and incorporation certificate of the association in the case of a limited company
